New member making an introduction!

Hello Everybody,

I finally decided to register a head-fi profile. I've been a lurker here for some time now--about 2 years now. My entry headphones into audiophilia were Sennheiser Amperiors, which I bought a year and a half ago. I absolutely love them. They were a great upgrade from my prior ibuds I had, obviously.

I hope to become acclimated with more headgear as the years go on. I'm currently looking to get myself a pair of nice IEMs as they're less overt; I can wear them at work without my boss yelling at me. lol. . I really like the Sennheiser brand and want to get the IE8s. If I could get them at some affordable price that'd be great. I'm constantly on the hunt for a deal at least.

I'm an avid audio fan. I pretty much get all my audio in 320kbps mp3 or flac; I feel comfortable knowing that my audio is pristine even if I can't tell an audible difference. I listen to  most my audio off my Android device. It's a noticeably better sound than coming out from my computer. It's definitely more clear. I don't listen out of an amp, yet I've been looking to get one. Idk honestly which to get though. When that time comes i'll probably go through some extensive head-fi researching for the perfect amp for me.

My music taste is extremely varied. I can't describe it in one genre. I feel my last.fm summarizes my tastes quite well, though. Go ahead and give it a peek if you're so inclined.

Well, I look forward to interacting with you all in the future. Happy listening!

welcome!

I don't use my headphones at work because they draw too much attention from my colleagues... and make me seem quite anti-social lol.

Yea, this is true. But it sure helps filter out a colleagues daily obsessive political banter! lol
