First time buying Hi-Fi equipment - Am I doing any mistake?

Music I listen to: Arctic Monkeys, Pixies, MGMT, The Smiths, and some old school rap like N.W.A

This is my plan:

Player: Colorfly C3  (Player budget: ~140$)

Headphones: Koss Pro Dj 100 (Phones budget: ~80$)

*** You are free to offer me other gear instad of the current player\ phones\ amp ***

**Note: I live outside of the USA, amazon is not an option for me.

(Please help me, because I have 0 knowledge and the gear I wrote is 100% from reviews I've read)

Instead of C3+E11 buy FIIO X3 - it can work as a player and a DAC/Amp.

I took out the AMP option for now because of budget issues

Do you have anything to say about the phones and the C3?

thanks ahead ^_^

I have no experience with either of them, they are getting good reviews - but I don't know if they'll fit your preferred sound signature.
