Why no leather?  Are you allergic?

Otherwise, I would recommend the Martin Logan Mikros 90.  They have a padded, leather-covered headband and, I think, protein leather over the earpads.

Soundwise/isolation-wise, based on what you describe, I believe the Mikros 90 will suit your needs very well.

The Momentums On Ear are quite bassy, so they might not be suitable for you if you're looking for something that's not overwhelmingly bassy.

If you're looking for a portable headphones that's good value, may I suggest the ATH-ES700? The sound signature is slightly mid-emphasized, with very smooth mids. Bass is good as well, although it does not overpower the mids. Soundstage is pretty good.
