BeyerDynamic DT 990-250 ohm or 600 ohm.

Looking to buy DT 990..I am currently using a Bellari AH540 and a Music Hall PH25.2 Headphone Amps..Not sure about what OHM I should get...Any thoughts ???

I think the 600 ohm 'phones are actually intended for using with equipment that has a higher output impedance - like some of the studio or home gear that can have ~100 Ohms at the headphone jack. I don't think that's typically a problem with dedicated headphone amps. I would be surprised if the output impedance of the two amps you list is more than ~10 Ohms.

I have not heard the 600 ohm version, but I've owned the 250 ohm pro version. IMO, you should get the 250 ohm pro version entirely because it is less expensive. 

Your amp should work fine with either version though.
