About hiface two on intel B85

Thread Starter

hi, all!

I bought GIGABYTE G1.Sniper B5 (with E1230v3) last week,

But when i used m2tech hiface two for playing FLAC or mp3 on foobar, the sound was alsways for several seconds, then stopped :(

then i plugged the hiface again, but the event is the same.

I was sure I have installed hiface two's driver、foobar's asio plugin、all4ALL, and made right setting in foobar.

does anyone have the same problem on this?

Try WASAPI Event setting. You should not be using asio for all with this driver. There should be an asio native setting for Hiface 2, but don't worry about it as some computer don't like it. WASAPI Event does the same thing and bypass the windows mixer. That should solve your problem. I am assuming you are using either foobar or jriver?
