Need help choosing! =P Over-Ear, Portable or IEM Under $75

Well, I'm in the market for new Headphones, Portable or IEM's. I own the Noontec Zoro's and Astrotec Am-90's. I like both of them buy they are not comfortable to me. Noontec's on ear tightness bothers the tip of my ears. While the Astrotec's housing/shroud/thing is to big for my smaller ears, resulting in uncomfortable sessions/placement in ear. So I'm looking for something with a warm or neutral sound signature for various things, such as Gaming, Movies, Music, etc. They have to be comfortable for long listening sessions. Must be easy to drive, seeing as I'm going to be using them with my computer. Possibly with an amp later on. It does not matter if there on ear, over ear, etc. I will be ordering from Amazon, so please help!

I'm going to link some videos for the type of Music I listen to:

Foxes - Let Go for Tonight

Daughtry - Battleships (Acoustic)

Avicii - Wake Me Up

Labrinth - Express Yourself

If your willing to pay a little more, I recommend the AKG K240s. They go for around 80 on amazon, they definitely have that warm sound signature you want, a little warmer then many neutral headphones. Fatigue is no problem because of the non-sibilance in the treble, but the treble is still good. Comfort, they are really comfy with those leather pads. They are only 55 Ohms, I use them on my computer/iPod all the time, and while they don't need an amp you should consider getting something like a Fiio E11 later, as they improve the sound. I listened to the songs you listed here, and they really sound fantastic with them. If you're unsure though, you can test them out at a store: nearly every Sam Ash or Guitar Center has them and you can just ask to give them a listen.

I've looked at the K420's, actually, do you know how well they are built? No Sam Ash or Guitar Center around where I live, which is a small town. =P

Considering Rebrands as well. For example, the Gemini/Takstar Pro80 Still, looking for any advice! =D
