Good pair of noise cancelling headphones?

Right now I'm using the Sennheiser HD555 headphones. They are pretty nice, as I've had them for awhile now and have had no complaints. They are comfortable, good sound quality and I use them for music, gaming and video entertainment.

What I need now is something on par, or maybe even better that includes nosie cancellation. Why you may ask? I'm taking a lot of online courses this semester in college and I do not want to hear my roomamte who shares an office with me yelling over skype at his buddies.

Any suggestions?

What I need:
-OVER THE EAR (FORGOT TO MENTION THIS...IT IS A MUST)
-COMFORT (OFTEN VERY LONG HOURZZZ)
-QUALITY (NO CHEAP PLASTIC GARBAGE PLS)

-GOOD SOUND (GAMING/MUSIC/VIDEO)
-NOISE CANCELLING (I WANT TO BE IN A PEACEFUL VALLEY OF NO SOUND!!!)

-PRICE RANGE UP TO $200 (FIND ME A GOOD DEAL?!)

lmk, k ty =D

Sony mdr-nc500 cans, going for $199 new. NC quality is between the bose qc2 and qc15, according to one recent review posted here.
