Like the title says, my budget is $100 MAX and i listen to Pop, Rap, Alternative, and Electronic music. I'm no bass head but decent base would be nice. I'm looking for all around best sound as in not a headphone that excels in highs but not mids and lows. Open to On Ear and Over Ear headphones, something that i can wear on the go (no need for super portability but i will be using these in various places) I listen to 328kbps files on my iPhone instead of 128kbps. Sound and sound leakage is something i value a lot but if its a really good pair with ok sound leakage/ blockage i could manage. Please only answer if you have owned various pairs of good headphones and you're not biased. This is my first post so PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Hi,

You should consider Gemini HSR-1000 (Takstar Pro 80).

Creative Aurvana Live! is also a solid pick under 100.

Best Luck!

Well,  you can't go wrong with any of this two headphones at their price point. Then it's a matter of tastes. Creative Aurvana Live seem to be slower and also warmer. On the other hand Takstar Pro 80 (same as Gemini HSR-1000) have more v-shaped sound signature (more bass and more treble) and is probably superior to aurvana live in terms of transparency and detail.
Creative Aurvana Live are a bit more compact, while both are good quality I think Gemini HSR-1000 have the edge in terms of durability.

Best Luck!
