You are correct. For some reason Amazon doesn't advertise the features very well or I am misreading the information page.

I ordered a pair of Sony MDR 10RBT. I own a few Sennheiser headphones but the BT ones seem to get mediocre or negative reviews. Bluetooth in general seems to be despised. Portability is important though and I cannot run on a treadmill with wired headphones. It's not safe or comfortable.

The Sony MDR 10RBT seem to be very popular and have high ratings. They're not cheap or tacky looking like some of the other recommended units. I'll post again when I have them and use them.

Yes, bluetooth is despised among audiophiles, and you might say here on head-fi..However, I am an old chap, middle 70s.. In a lot of arenas, a new kid on the block is not welcome. Then before long, the new kid is the standard!! smily_headphones1.gif.. Yes, there will be a time when bluetooth, and/or wireless is just as good or BETTER than wired in audio..

IMO, you made a good choice on the MDR 10RBT. From reading, these are just as good or better than the $379 Beats Studio Wireless..
BTW, after a week, my Sony MDR 10RBT, started sounding better as a result of burn in... Tell me life isn't sweet.. smily_headphones1.gif
