Look 3/4 way down page on right. Seems the W60s release sometime this week according to them. Who know when they will be ready to ship.

It seems silly to be a first user, and not wait just a few weeks for a few reviews to roll in, but I'm tempted to preorder.

That is the good thing about a solid return policy. Also, reviews interest me and I do enjoy reading them. That being said, my ears with my music are the best judge. I have yet to see a reviewer with either my ears or my exact musical taste smily_headphones1.gif If there was one, I would certainly agree with him/her :P

Knowing your "music" as I do I would say calling it "taste" is a stretch. :-)

True. But please be careful with return policies of internet retailers, lots of find print. Unless you use, say, amazon.

I consulted my good friend/attorney and have it all in writing. I am good. I do appreciate the caution though. You are exactly right about a need to be careful.

You can try them out at JM-Plus, a store here in Taipei, so I guess they've started shipping yes.

Why pay $1000 for a 6 driver westone, when for $300 more you can get a 12 driver JH Roxanne that just came out?

Hmmm I do not know, maybe better quality control or buying from a legendary IEM company that Jerry Harvey went to to make his first IEM. Westone like Shure and Sennheiser are top tier manufacturers with great products and customer service.

Sennheiser has good quality control, and I've never tried westone, but shure had horrible quality control for the se846 so . . .

A few dead IEMs in the first batch of a product trying to push the technological envelope that were replaced in a week is hardly horrible. You want horrible check out the Roxanne thread.
