is this at all possible on Android 4.3 ( in my case Samsung Galaxy S4)

Thread Starter

Is it possible to play hires .flac files on my S4 over WiFi. I like to browse the shares on my NAS with ES File Explorer, click a .flac file or m3u playlist and the music starts playing.

Do I need DLNA? Is there a player around that supports streaming from a network over WiFi?

Bubble UPnP does that, that's what I got it for.
