Looking for a new pair of IEM or CIEM

Hey everyone, just joined the forum after lurking for a while.  I was wondering if you guys/girls could lend some advice.  I currently am using a pair of Monster Turbines, and while the suit my needs I'm looking for something that is a better sound quality.  I have a budget of around 500 but would prefer not to go over that.  Other information that might be helpful is that I use my Galaxy S4 for music, and Spotify is my streaming service.  For home use I have a custom built computer with a Asus Xonar Essence SXT sound card.  Thank you guys for any information, as it is greatly appreciated.

This thread is your best friend:

Also, what kind ofmusic do you listen to? Would you prefer a bass heavy or neutral sound? Perhaps something in between? In what ways would you like your new earphones to sound differently from your current ones? How sensitive  are you to sibilance? (those "sss", "ch", "tss" sounds).

I listen Monster Turbines long time ago but if I remember good they are bass heavy and ''smiley face'' sounding. Westone 3 is kind of similar sound signature with overall better sound.

I mostly listen to rock music mostly, but I listen to everything but rap. My ears can hear the sibilance but it doesn't bother me. I guess what I'm looking for is more clarity in the phones. I also play drums so if that helps you guys. Thanks again for the responses.
