Broke my Larocco PRII trying to change the batteries! HELP??

I bought my PRII in 2006 from Larry and I have loved it. I recently started using it again but the batteries needed to be replaced. In unscrewing the case I managed to detach several connections at the back of the unit--the RCA and mini inputs. I have tried to resolder them using my extremely limited "skill" set and the results were not successful. I only have sound in the right channel. I can't see what else to reattach. I posted it for sale today in the Classifieds just to see if someone could fix it for me (I will pay!) I would hate to see such a beautiful classic portable amp end up in the dustbin. A member suggested I post here for help--could anyone fix it for me, or advise me what to do next? I tried finding Larry at Triad Audio but got a reply from Brad Taylor that Larry doesn't work there and he doesn't know him.

Thanks for any assistance or advice.

Link to my classified, which contains pix of the board front and back including the area at the rear where I tried to resolder:

Hmm ... this is what Skylab said in his portable headphone amplifier reviews:

That said, Larocco Audio is horribly frustrating to deal with, and there is real reason to avoid doing business with them. Their communication is terrible, and the wait for getting a product you buy from them is maddening, and exacerbated by the lack of communication. As such, while I love the sound of the PRII mk 2, I find it very hard to recommend to anyone, based on the poor business methods employed at Larocco Audio. DO NOT buy one of these from Larocco Audio until you have done some research on this site to fully understand the situation.

You might try a PM to "ppl."  He's been the designer of many Larocco products, including the Lisa III and the DIY PPA.

Yes I was well aware of the problems people had with Larocco bitd. I was lucky to get mine in a timely fashion. No one has ever complained about the sound, but the customer relations were appalling. I will try to track down ppl, thanks.

OK - keep in mind that the quote up there about Larocco probably has nothing to do with ppl.  He's always seemed helpful, although scarce around Head-Fi these days.

Yes as I recall Phil was the designer of the Larocco amps. Larry handled marketing and customer service, such as it was. I pm'd Phil but he was last online Nov 26 so he doesn't check in that often. I hope I can find a way to fix this little gem.
