The Lyr is pretty good to be honest.

AxelCloris gave me a heads up about this meet. I just moved down to Cinci a couple months ago and would definitely be interested in a trip to Columbus to meet some fellow Head-Fiers. I'll have to make sure my work/class schedule will allow it. But assuming my weekend isn't too hectic, I could bring:
I could also bring my Senn HD439's or AKG Q460's if anyone is interested
I requested the day off from work. There shouldn't be a reason that I don't have it off, but I'll know for sure about a week before the date.
I'll be bringing my RP3, Schiit Lyr with a couple of tubes, and AKG K712. I also have a pair of Grado SR80 and AKG K171 Studio if anyone is interested in having a listen.
Bring, cause mine are modded with foam. Something to compare.
Leave the record player at home, for its own safety. Bring the Lyr for sure.
I'm interested in hearing this amp. It's been mentioned all over the place but I'd never been around one. I doubt it'd be replacing the amp in my Geek Pulse but it'd be nice to finally hear it.
Krunchy is not bringing his, Truth is the record players dont get much use and take up a lot of space. I would just suggest that you bring a laptop if you have one to hook up.
The only reason I have music on my laptop is to compress it onto my iPod for listening on the go with my IEM. The only lossless files I have are the free downloads that are offered with some LPs. Otherwise, I'm listening from CDs or LPs. It's also the reason I have no desire for a DAC. I know, I'm an old man. I'll leave my TT behind since it sounds like I'd be the only one using it.
Ok, but someone has got to bring some orthos to this meet. I need to hear them once and for all.
