Oooh. This is interesting. Any idea if it is feasible to plug a DAC straight into them with an RCA to mini cable, and then control volume digitally?

Oh yeah, please post your impressions here and if you decide to formally review them, you can do so in the review section and just post a link on this here thread... or copy+paste the review here as well. ;-)

USPS Flat-rate/Large Priority box definitely works. As previously posted, make sure box is in good condition, if not, please replace. Insurance is not necessary (I usually don't use insurance and USPS hasn't failed me yet). I'm not going to "enforce" you guys pay Insurance. If you'd like to, you can indeed do so.

Thanks.

Thanks for setting all of this up gelocks!  Should be fun to see what others' impressions are.

Um, I suppose you could.  These are among the most sensitive full-sized cans I've tried.

No problem guys.

Glad I could help organizing this as I'm a fan of the headphones. They are not perfect but they sure are fun. ;-)

Oh... and I added a couple of more head-fi'ers that want to try these at the end of the list (but before Mad Lust Envy).

We'll see how it goes with you guys first and then if there are still more members interested, might entertain continuing the tour...

Thanks.

Just an idea... I wouldn't want to be the first to try it if nobody else has. I've read about people doing this with other cans. But I'm trying to figure out ways I can feed my Concero into them. I might just have to buy a Cmoy or Fiio E6 or something cheap, then sell it here when I'm done.

I was thinking about plugging them into the back of the Mytek just now, except that I - likewise - don't want to be the first guinea pig.  :D

They look quite good, and with Fostex drivers I am super excited to give these a go! Huge thanks to Gelocks for the generous inclusion on the mini-tour.

Well the Didos aren't his personal #1 headphone (still a very good one) so guess that's why, I know I'd never send out my favorite headphone that right now would be Q40 which isn't even expensive but getting more difficult to find. As a user that tends to only stick to using one headphone (the one I like the most obviously), I wouldn't have any probs sending out my "2nd or 3rd" most likeable headphone in my possession, I wouldn't care so much if something happened to that (ofc it's still an expensive headphone etc but the personal satisfaction is worth way more than that IMO ^^). Guess gelocks are thinking the same here, that and ofc the Didos deserve probably more recognition for being hard to come by in USA & Europe so far and not having a lot of feedback why it's not many people willing to give it a shot either.
