For the budget of 200 Euros.

The problem is headphones that are good for gaming generally don't have lots of bass. You want open headphones for a wide soundstage, but unless you're buying like LCD2s or something open headphones generally don't offer the same amounts of bass a closed models.

I'm seriously considering the Philips Fidelio X1, is that a good one?

I haven't personally used them but they seem fairly popular.

If you wanted something like headphone surround sound gaming on the xBox, your going to need a DAC/Amp with an optical input, like the Astro-Mix-amp.

I'm sure there are other gaming headsets that might work with the xBox, But i'm not knowledgable about them.

#1 recommendation is the Fidelio X1. They're great at gaming and hip hop.
