Looking for good indoors/outdoor combo headphones, around 200$

For 3 years i've had the Shure SRH-840, loved them, but i broke them :(

Long story short, I'm looking for a headphone which sounds very similar to the 840's, maybe abit more base, but not overkill. which looks usable in outdoors and durable.

Looked into the ATH M50's, but from what i've seen people post here, when it comes to guitars and instruments they don't sound as good as the shures.

Do you guys have any suggestions? and since i cannot order from overseas, is it possible to stick to more known (more or less) brands?

Thank you!

PS, i will be using these with a HTC one or a Cowon C2 for outdoors, whichever it the best

i've read on the forums and checked some reviews, and i'd like some feedback if possible

I'm looking to get a Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pros 250 Ohm + Asus Xonar DX.

You guys think this is a good combo?

This is only for indoors of course, may just get a Shure SE-315 (since there is a 10$ diff from the 215's to this)

They'll sure be different, perhaps even fatiguing.
