Anyone managed to get full album art working?

Full album art display is supported by touching the screen. (basic screen -> lyrics -> full album art -> basic by touching)

Mine just returns to the normal playing screen once i tap on the lyrics part..

On the topic of album art, can I just put a folder.jpg in the folder for each SACD album to make it work? Thanks.

CHG, I think the album art is still subject the rules of the previous AKs, ie nothing larger than 500x500. Thought nowadays I used the program Tag to edit the metadata and insert album art. smily_headphones1.gif

OMG...2nd replacement already?

I have the 4th replacement in 14 days and it's still not perfect. The first unit has distortion at DSD playback and as a DAC. the second had a loose volume knob, the third one as well but not as bad as the 2nd. Now the fourth now has a jumpy volume... means if you turn by one or two clicks it can increase by 0.5/1 or jump down 10 levels. I'm tired now I guess my dealer also, obviously there is no error free ak240 out there.

I have the exact same problem. It's about blown my ears out a couple of times. I can be at volume 30 and if I turn it one time--it can jump all the way to 60.  And it goes the other way too; it can jump way way down or way up.   It's the most frustrating thing; it is the only complaint I have with the device.  I've gotten to the point now where I have to pull my IEMs out of my ears whenever I change the volume to save my hearing.

When I first got my AK it would go crazy when adjusting the volume with the knob, sometimes up or down many steps opposite the direction of the knob...including 6 steps at a time or more. I gave the volume knob a workout by rolling it first forward and then back many times with the power off. This sems to have helped, it doesn't jump or go in the opposite direction anymore (crosses fingers).

I find that using the touch screen to change the volume is less prone to jumping....then fine tuning can be done with the knob usually one click at a time.

I had the same problem with my volume control on my first 240; very loose and after a month it stopped working properly. My replacement has a tighter feeling control and it functions as it should. Keeping my fingers crossed ...

But since this device can get on the internet, album art shud be automatically downloaded haha

Anyone bought the DSD from acousticsounds for The Carpenters and MJ (specifically Thrillers track)?
I noticed slight static interference sound like at the background.
Nothing to do with AK240 u think, or phones as newer DSD albums like Opus and Mizoguchi Hajime has no problem.

CHG, I thjnk if you leave cover art in the same folder, as long as it's 500x500 or smaller, you'll be good. smily_headphones1.gif
