The Astell & Kern AK240 - Page 197

I agree that to get the best out of the AK240 you need to get TOTL iems/headphones etc but you can do that at your own rate.  Chop and change what you aren't satisfied with.  I haven't found any iems that sound bad with the AK240, heck my TF10s sound good out of the AK240.  My UE18s sound better for sure but if you are satisfied with the SQ from your current iems then stick with them.  It costs too much to keep jumping on the latest gear.

Waiting does nothing. Closing goes back to menu.

Can anyone help

Got this AIFF file today (24/192) and looks like you're right. This particular AIFF file seems to be having some issue with AK240.

I've forwarded the file to our team. Let's see what they come back with. Stay tuned you guys.

Is there any online stores with international shipping option that sell the new AK240 casing at the moment ?

Tried local dealer (Jaben, Headfonia) but they don't have it yet.

No luck in eBay also.

Thanks.

For US & Canadian customers: the AK240 cases will be available at our E-store (shop.iriverinc.com) this week in all 3 colors!

Look for it on sale at shop.iriverinc.com!

My sister also ask me why the heck my M8 don't have autofocus... biggrin.gif

I guess sound check is nice to have for some who shuffle a lot cross-albums or have many single track downloads, but it would be really low on my wishlist.

+1 is that to interrupt the output stream with volume suppression would affect the output SQ, I think.
