Visually, it's stunningly beautiful and no images I've seen can do justice to this amazing DAP. Secondly it's surprisingly light and fits very well in my Palm.

Since I have quite a lot of work to do tonight, I just charge the unit and resist the urge to turn it on.

This weekend, I hope I will have a chance to try it out and shoot some photographs.

Cheers!

How did you get it ( Where did you buy it from ? ) if you don't mind me asking ?

Not on their website yet, best if you can contact them directly. See their Facebook page for new arrival today. https://m.facebook.com/JabenSG?v=timeline&filter=1

I have heard the AK240 today...

And i'm... officially poisoned deeply. Extremely natural and musical.

However, i feel that the firmware isn't "ready" yet as i feel the sound signature have yet to reach it's fullest potential (look at the firmware of AK100/120 have achieved over time).

Only problem is, where can i raise enough funds for it... *because it could jolly well serve as part of my simple home setup and also as a portable source.*

As far as I know, only Jaben (http://www.facebook.com/JabenSG?fref=ts) and Headphone Buddy (http://www.facebook.com/YourHeadphoneBuddyAtSongBrothers?fref=ts) will carry them soon. Am not too sure about the rest of the retail stores in Singapore.

That's just rubbing it in.....

and soooo expensive <.< I still really want it though, but I need something I can use for running

also all the jack inputs on my phones commit suicide by getting loose connections because of my running (should that make me stay away from the a240? )

(just quick input yes my phones jack input commit suicide like lemmings 5phones so far)

but my creative zen xfi 2 i got at its release is still loyal.

$2500 is the MSRP, I just pre-ordered one. Shipments to U.S. dealers should be in by early March.

The product isn't out yet so if you want it now now you will pay $3200 like the people that payed $800-1000 for a PS4/XBONE when it hit eBay.
