I think NC8000 still has an ER4 kicking around, maybe he can try it our for you?

I no longer have the ER4 but the DX90 works really great with Tzar350 on high gain and volume on 210-220

I'm surprised there's not more DX90 vs. DX100 comparisons as arguably for sound quality they are the best two options out there (especially within the ibasso line).  I have a DX100 and my son's birthday present is a DX90 that should be here today so hopefully will know soon.

If the DX90 is a little bright that may be OK as both my son and I like the AT ESW9A while on the go.  That headphone is a little on the warm side so it could be a match made in heaven.

Has it already been decided which wall charger is the best/most compatible to use for the DX90?  I'm not a fan of usb charging.

It has been like that on DX50. 24 bit is shown as 32 bit.

Even new, I wouldn't call it bright since there's no ring or sibilance and the bass is in balance. It's a hair clinical but I'm sure that will wear off and a few hours will let it fall nicely into place. I've never heard an excellent piece of kit that didn't need some run in to become great. Part of being so informative and having balance is letting you hear it change and, generally, starting a touch on the leaner side. That its so open, snappy and informative right away is pretty cool. Like I said, it could stay like this and be all that was hoped for. I'm pretty sure it will become even more.

Has anybody already tried this beast in DX x0?

Anker® 7200mAh Zusatz Akku Batterie Power Akku Erweiterungs Combo fü... http://www.amazon.de/dp/B00GNSJU90/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_18rutb1PNYK1C

If that will fit into the silicone case it would be great. 7200 instead of mere 4400...

Note 3 tapatalking....

I believe Jamato has talked about it in a DX50 thread.

2100mAh for the DX90.

3700mAh for the X5.

Are the DX90 and DX50 battery sizes physically different or just different included capacities?

I'm using the Anker 2200mAh. Fits just fine and looks to be working well.

I haven't had a chance to compare it to the stock or the Samsung battery from my S3 phone. I'll get around to doing that eventually. The stock battery does look a little cheap compared to the Anker or Samsung.

I'm ordering an official Samsung battery from Korea with the lovely dignis leather case for my dx90.

I'll try to compare the battery performance later.

Today I've tried the original battery, can withstand at least 7+hrs using high or mid gain.

The last two bar battery does hold for a long time lol..
