Are there DACs or DAPs with hardware equalizers?  Never heard of this.

Is Cowon BBE hardware?  Or Zo?

Hey jamato, I have a question. What's the average battery life with a meenova card reader attached and a 4400 mah battery?

I never quite love the DX50's headphone-out myself, thinking the DAP could have been better if the headphone-out offers more control and tightness. That's why I always pair it with an amp. Hopefully this has been addressed on the DX90. I'll probably try to demo one in May if I got the time.

I apologize for asking this, I'm sure it's been covered but I just can't seem to find it.

I've watched some DX50 reviews (and maybe the 90 is different), and the one thing no one seems to do is click on "Artists".  When you do that, do you get a list of albums you can drill down into, or one big list of songs by the artist?  It's such a critically important question, but I can't seem to find the answer.

Just generally as well...how is the navigation/software?

When you select 'Artists', you get the list of Artists, then when you select and artist, you get a list of albums. When you select an album, you get a list of tracks in that album.

There is also an option to play all the tracks of an artist if you want.

Beautiful, thanks guys, that's exactly what I wanted to hear.

I think I've finally narrowed it down to an AK100mkII (dual cards...hmm) and this guy.  It sounds like either one should be a solid choice.

That is a full sized SD card, not micro. About whether or not it's legit, idk.

considering the x3 price, i definatly dont :D

i was thinking to get SD cards which are wayyyy cheaper, and use a sd to micro sd adapter.

but finding Legit  128gb cards are almost impossible as i can see unless one is going for the most expensive brands, which kinda makes my idea useless, but im sure it can be done that why ive asked about that specific card >D

Buy 64gb cards for 1/3 the price and switch. We will have to wait and see how well that works. I have a 64 which should be enough for now bit as my hi res library grows I may have to upgrads or switch cards.
