Looking for headphones under the 200 euro mark, usable for gaming and for traveling by bike (so you don't hear the wind as much as normally).

I want to buy a pair of headphones cus my older ones recently died. I heard a normal pair of headphones with a detachable microphone would have better quality then a gaming headset, so I want to attach a detachable microphone called ModMic. I heard 4.0 will be out soon in January 2014, so i'll buy these with a couple of headphones which are appropriate with gaming, because I heard that's a better choice then just getting a headset with an undetachable microphone, because the sound quality you would get is way higher with kind of audiophile headphones and a detachable microphone on it. I was considering these because holy crap, all those good reviews on them! Damn, they seem to be really good! But if I'll buy them, is it appropriate sound for gaming, where you need to hear the slighest sounds? And also, I travel much by bicycle, so my question would be: 'Will these be good for not hearing too much of wind when I'm cycling and having music on? I heard you talking about not very much noice cancelling, so I really doubt. Still, for the price, would that be worth it if you consider the plusses and minusses it has? I now have a SteelSeries Siberia V2 Frost Blue Edition headset, and how would these M50's compare to that, if you even know that headset? Anyways, i love your reviews! Thanks for bringing this in consideration because i have absolutely not seen anyone on any site bringing me some real critique on these if it comes to gaming and the experience while riding a bike.
