Nope not kidding. Thats literally a PSA.

I find your request to remove it absolutely disgusting. Pls remove.

That's up to the mods I'm afraid. One would think people learned something from the Charlie hebdo episode.

From the Charlie Hebdo episode? Man you have some nerve of comparing your gross display with it. You posted something absolutely gross resulting obviously from terrible hygiene. I have never seen this in my whole life in any of the customs I own because I take showers and wash my ears. And even if I had, do you have to show excrement on head-fi? The fact that I have to explain this tells me maybe you have been digging too deep with the Q-tip.

You're talking about the hairy knuckles, right?

And you have some major nerve asking someone to remove something because it offends your sense of decency. I find your profile picture incredibly indecent, it looks like the doll that a pedophile used when he tried to touch me. Remove pls.

Ah sorry, my hobo dessert hygiene is not to your liking. Ill remember to use a different grain of sand when i shower the next time.

Yes i shower, yes i use q tips, but according to the lady who cleaned it (She made a comment, when i was getting molds done), they were really ******* deep, and i suspect much of it is me really stuffing down my universals tips to get a good seal.

Here's my impression sound impression (Since its head-fi), sound stage really opened up, not as intimate sounding though ;)..

.

hahaha , i think what you posted and the pic are pretty funny. (as disgusting and tasteless as it is) alot of headfi geekery here depends on equipment, cables, tips, sources...etc...some people get overly caught up in the tech and completely ignore the fact that you may have a huge collection & deposit of soot/****/wax in your ears that is inhibiting you from getting optimal sound.

Ermz.. How is it possible to dig out so much wax? Is there a special technique?

You have to use a wire clothes hanger............

I heard that you should never put something smaller than your elbow into your ears in an attempt to clean them out ( unless your a doctor )  . So q-tips are a no no. Ear wax build up is also not a result of poor hygiene either.

I tried two different sets of tips on the suggestions from this thread.

JVC Spiral Dot:

Nice design. They have the advantage of not covering the sound ports at all and provide nice isolation with very clear sound. Medium fits my ears well.

Westone True Fit + Star

These don't seem to fit on the Roxannes. The holes are way too small. Maybe I bought the wrong ones...

Thanks!
