Need help with my first high quality headphone purchase.

So I have a budget of about 300$ and I'm looking to buy a nice set of headphones. I mostly listen to rap and rock, and I'm relatively clueless as to what I should get considering how many options there are. I've been looking at the DT-770s (80 ohm) and I just checked out the Denon AH-D600's as they're on sale right now for 270$ instead of the usual 550$. It's important that the headphones are isolating with little leaking. So if anyone has some suggestions I'd love to hear them.

DT-990's if you can get them on sale. V-MODA Crossfade M-100, Beyer Custom One Pro, Ultrasone too.
