Need suggestion for venturing into DAC/amp for laptop under $200 for beginner.

Hi as the title says I'm looking to get a DAC/amp for my laptop with use for my P7s. Not much budget left after I grabbed them but I have a Toshiba satellite computer and having just straight plugged in probably isn't a good idea. Anything in the market that will make my P7s more enjoyable when I'm not on the go. They sound pretty wonderful when plugged into my nexus 5. Any reccomendations are welcome. Thanks

Audioquest dragonfly is $99. Used to be a lot more expensive. I'd get this over the fiio any day. Haven't heard either though.

HiFimeDIY Sabre U2 Asynchronous USB DAC is great at 57$:

You can add FIIO E12 to it and still be under 200$.

Sabre will adequately drive the P7 alone, so E12 is just an option.

AudioQuest DragonFly v1 for $90, or v1.2 for $150 on Amazon.
