I sell the famous Threshold from Nelson Pass period. It has been fully restored.
The amplifier is one presented on this topic http://www.ls3-5a-forum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=7357. There are photos and the restauration who costed about 1200 euros.
I have the box, manual and the bill of the restauration.
It is in mint condition.
I tried it with AKG K1000, HE6, HD800 and HE60, it puts them on another worlds. The Eddie Current Super 7 sounds like a toy in front of this amplifier with no bass and harsh treble.
With this amplifier the bass are tight and powerful, medium are smooth without any odd or harshness, the high extended and free grain. Instruments sound so real and palpable. It's like the musician are in front of you. You don't hear music you are in the music, just amazing. Timbres are great like a very good tube amplifier.
All my headphone sound superb with it. They don't suffer anymore of hardness.
On the photo it is on the middle.
