Good point, thanks.  It's possible he may even have the HE-560 by then.

Our meeting room divides into 3 sections, we now have secured all 3 giving us a single room of about 40 ft. X 40 ft. This is a photo of
one-third of the space.[/SIZE

Anyone predict Schiit's Ragnarok to release before the meet?
If it does, surely getting my hands on one of those for driving the HE-6.

Nice room!

Who thinks they might stay that Friday night before the meet? Scotch and bourbon the eve before could be fun.

Ugh I'm really on the fence now for the AKG K812. Really hoping someone or a vendor will have it.

I am considering being in on Friday night. Haven't been able to make plans for it yet, though.

Testing out the new setup I'll be bringing. So far it's great. Even with the K712 it's very good. Really steps it up to the next level. There is something a little strident in the upper mids but I think the Soloist is just laid back in that area. I think some tube rolling will help that though. Vocals are simply phenomenal. Looking forward to comparing with Danny's Moth amp and seeing how much family genes are shared.
