I also want to note that members can begin to show up around 9 if they want to help setup tables and what not.  Also, If there is anyone planning on arriving early on Friday night, perhaps we can organize and meet and greet and the hotel bar?

Sounds like a good idea. I think driving from Atlanta and back in one day can be tiring. Getting there Friday sounds great.

Btw what's the power situation like in the room reserved? Are we gonna be daisy chaining power strips from a couple outlets to accommodate all the gear, or will each person have their own outlet and would be responsible for bringing their own power strip?

Alex(fatcat28037) actually procured the room so he will know more about it than will I. IIRC, it should handle at least 80 people. There will be multiple outlets but bring some extension cords and power strips.

Also, tables with tablecloths should already be set up by the hotel as that is built into the price of the room so we should not have to worry about setting up tables.

Yikes, I sure hope not, haha.  I recommend everyone to at very least bring their own power strip if possible.  And if you have extension cords lying around that would helpful too.  But yes, I would defer to Alex on the outlets.

same applies to mine, I'll only be using two of my sockets, one for my Lap Top the other for my NFB 10ES2

and in case you guys are wondering I'll be daisy chaining my NFB2 through a Beringher UAC 202, it has an optical sPdif out, so I can use stock windows drivers. This will limit me to 24bit files and Ill only be able to use Wasapai, but I gave the daisy chain a listen and I couldn't notice much of a differeance

But my Lap top doesn't have a big HDD. I'll have a small External, or maybe just a folder with my 7 refrance songs. You guys are ofc free to bring your own USB devices and give her a listen :3

I hope to be getting a power conditioner as well. Currently hoping the potential $250 deal on a Yulong P18 Power Conditioner on that website succeeds and goes through.

I've got a Furman my self, and I'm honestly happy with it. Paid about $80 for it, on amazon. Rated nicely, and it's been working very nicely. I did find an improvement in the sound of my Dac as well
