Bulk buying headphones as a christmas gift

Hi everyone, I'm planning to ship a a few friends as set of headphones that are across the world. Does anyone know a decent headphone that's under ~$40 that I can buy 5 pairs of? They're not audiophiles, but none of them have over ear headphones that sound decent. They're all using skullcandy earbuds and whatnot.

JVC HA-S400? They are about 30USD on taobao.com (195yuan). You might want to go through a dealer especially if you are not to familiar with mandarin.

One other thing you might want to consider is the Koss KSC75 or PortaPro. Both sound awesome for the price ($15 and $30 respectively).

Hehe thanks, but one more thing. Is the HAS-400 over ear headphones? Most people tend to find discomfort for on-ears and I don't want them to just sell them off.

I know they are on ears, but i have yet to hear about complaints about the clamping force of these. So i guess should be fine?

This link goes to the HA-S400's thread. So far not much complaints that I've seen.
