Fiio X3 or Sansa clip zip + E07k?

I wanted to buy one of them, which one do you think is better?

I would get the X3 any day. I do not own the X3 but I find the Zip a bit overrated when it comes to sound quality. Its awesome for the $20-$30 you will pay for a refurb. The X3 has a better internal amp than the e07k and it seems like a quality Dap.

You can't even use the E07K's DAC feature with the Clip Zip.

I say to get the FiiO X3.

What headphones are you using?

With the FiiO X3 you only use one device for everything.

The FiiO X3 is based off the FiiO E17.

Might want to check up on the FiiO X3, to see if they have updated the firmware that allows you to use the X3 while plugged into the PC.

I have the E17 and the Clip Zip. The pairing is not so great. The SQ of the Clip is same as my GS3. Given a choice now, I'll get the X3. Plus you can now use it as a stand alone DAC.
