Hey guys, at the beginning of this semester, so about 3 months ago, I ordered a pair of VSONIC GR02s from Amazon, and they worked great for about two and a half months, but then just all of a sudden, the left ear bud won't make any sound at all.  At first it was just really quiet, but now it is completely dead.

 

I have tried them with multiple devices, and it still doesn't work.  

 

Are they under warranty? How would I go about getting them replaced?
