What's a good Wireless IEM?

Hey guys I'm wondering if there are any good Wireless IEMs? If they exist at all. I hate cords dangling while running or doing other things so they will be mainly used outdoors. I also like bass heavy music and am looking for under $300.

Are you looking for Bluetooth iem's?  I have the Jaybird Bluebud X and absolutely love them.  I've used them for multiple races (3 half marathons and a marathon) and months of training - the majority of which was outside.  I've never had them cut out and can typically use them for about a week of running/gym visits before I need to charge them.  I use them with both the iPhone 4S and my iPod Nano 6th gen with a bluetooth dongle and they work equally well.  I think I get a "little" more bass from the iPhone but otherwise, there's no difference and they pair really quickly.  The recent price I saw on Amazon was really good and Best buy will math the price as well.  I considered the Jaybird sprint but wanted the extra battery life of the Bluebud X - especially for the marathon.  Hope that helps!
