Mark Levinson in the new 3IS - How would you rate it?

I know this is primarily a forum dedicated to headphones but figured I would throw this here just in case someone from this forum has had a chance to listen to the new Mark Levinson sound system in the 2014 Lexus IS sedans.   It has been redesigned to be a 15 speaker 7.1 system with 835W.

No clue how it actually decodes (actual 7.1 or simulated through pro logic).   The system balances out the volume to be as even as possible which I'm not a fan of but might make sense given the auditorium.   Wouldn't want that in headphones or home theater but it might be tolerable for a car if the sound quality is good enough.   I do not have this car so I cannot give it a thorough test.   So I was just curious if anyone here has this car or had a chance to listen to it and would be kind enough to share their viewpoints on it.

I did listen to it. I had a ls before too. it is good stock audio. honestly the acura Panasonic els system is better. I have also owned a lot of ml home audio. of course there is no comparison to the car and home. anyways, an aftermarket system will blow the lexus away. the problem nowadays it is so hard to do a head unit and just about everything else. of course I would not rip that expensive option out of a car either. I just leave my cars with stock audio now. I wouldn't buy a car for the stock radio.  btw, ml has completely sold out so don't even trust that name anymore. the name is on laptop audio.
