Need help choosing headphones for a basshead.

I've come down to the Sony XB500,ATH-Pro700MK2 and the Beyer DT770. I like the ATH-Pro700 mk2 the most. The Beyers are getting reccomended to me left and right and they just dont seem like they can deliver as much bass as the other two so im not sure what to do. I like the idea of the thin pads on the Pro700MK2 as the reviews I read point out these have excellent sub-bass and it makes the pads vibrate (given amped properly of course) and while the reviews for them are ALL about the bass and the reviews for the Beyers are mainly people who buy them for SQ and just happen to think they have alot of bass. Like the M50 I purchased and all the people who label them "bass heavy", I find them to have decent bass but are more on the bass lite side than the bass heavy side. I believe people are reccomending the DT770 soley on the superior sound to the others. Let me start of by saying im not buying these for the best sound and I could care less if they hurt to wear,im buying for just the BASS and only the BASS. So this is just what im finding to be the cans with the most bass quanity PEROIOD,not factoring in quality. The XB500 and the Pro700MK2. Opinions? Also they will be driven by my iPod touch 5g and the Fiio E11 with bass boosted

I haven't heard the pro700, however if you are buying bass only headphones, go for xb500. A lot of bass, they even vibrate if you play the music loud enough. And they are rather inexpensive That being said, the DT770, and I belive also the pro700, are in a different league when it comes to SQ. The XB500 have a lot of bass, but the sound is muffled and there are no details found in better headphones. I would also recomend the DT770, which have a lot of bass, but are good in other areas also, however everybody has it's own taste.

I think thats why the Pro700 dont seem to get recommended alot,I notice not many people have heard them or have them. But from what I read they are suppose to sound like the XB500 in terms of bass.
