I'm looking for a closed over-ear headphone around $200

(1) Sound quality comes first. I prefer not to have a heavy bass.

(2) I prefer the headphone is comfortable to wear and I hope it's not too heavy.

(3) I have an ATH-M50s and I definitely want my new one to be at least better than it .

Source: Apple products/PC

Usage: Music(mainly pop) and gaming.

Now I have a list and can't decide, I don't know if there are better choices, feel free to add what you think is better than all of those. Any help/input is appreciated, thanks!

1. Beyerdynamic DT1350 silly me:p

2. Audio Technica ATH-Pro700MK2

3. Ultrasone HFI-580

4. Shure SRH840

5. V-Moda M-80

6. Sennheiser HD 25-1 II

Get the dt-1350 and keep the m50 for home use.

Just a reminder: the dt-1350 is on-ear and not over-ear, making it a viable portable.

I noticed someone voting for the srh840s, which I had before donating them to my church. The sound quality was rather cold and combine that with the awkward headband, I felt it would be better for everyone at my church to enjoy, since some of their equipment is from the same company. I feel that the v-moda m100s would work very well with your ath-m50s as a portable counterpart, as they are bass-head cans. They go used in various colors at amazon for around $230 US shipped.

Edit: Also, the m80 is on-ear and the m100 is over-ear. I am not sure (almost typed Shure) if V-Moda's 60-day risk-free trial applies to used cans, so check reviews on m100 comfort and the poster's head sizes, while comparing with your head size.

Id go for the ue6000 or ath ws99 most definitely. If not, get m80 or momentum on ear.

Only the ue6000 is the only over-ear that is mentioned, but I have heard a lot of praise with the sound quality and has active noise cancelling to boot. Even better, they are around $75 used at amazon. Check reviews for sound quality and comfort.

I have them on my head right now. Very comfortable.

I second the UE6000 vote. They are way cheaper than your $200 budget, but do just as well, if not better, than the other headphones sitting in the $200 range. Comfy, good sound, good isolation.

Ive heard most of the competition at the $200 range and the ATH WS99, Focal Spirit One, and UE6000 sit on top of that throne.

Funny, I've got the ue6000 on my head.
