Need help choosing a pair of IEMs for $60 or less before sales end, 2 MEElecs in consideration.

I spent a good part of the weekend looking at the A161Ps, ordered them, and they arrived today. The problem is that the wire is unbelievably flimsy, and I'm not sure they'll hold up for very long. I've got a chance right now to return them and buy the M-Duos that are on sale still for $39.99 today, so unfortunately I can't just wait to see what happens with these first.

My question is, hows the sound quality of the M-Duos in comparison? I googled around, but couldn't really find any direct comparisons. Basically, if the M-Duos are a large step down in sound quality, I'll take my chances with the A161Ps. Otherwise, I want to get these ordered ASAP.

Music I listen to includes a lot of trance/chillout, prog rock, pop rock, and a bit of metal. I'll be using these primarily with an android phone, but if I like them enough, they'll probably get some use with my desktop PC as well, where my primary headphones are Samson SR850s.

Here are the links to what I mentioned earlier:

While these are what I've been looking at, I'd be willing to consider anything similar of better quality for $60 or less. I'm just in a bit of a rush due to the sale's time constraints. Probably should have registered here last week instead of browsing the entire internet for a day. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Gonna try my luck with this one and only bump, simply because Cyber Monday sales will end in about 2 hours, so this thread will have no further purpose if I can't get any advice before then. Thanks still if anyone knows anything about these two, or others.
