I want a CIEM but don't know which one, need advice

Ok, so I've decided to shell out some money for my first CIEM but there are waaayyy too many options, and with a budget of no more than $1200 I want to make the right choice. But I need your help.

I've read tons of reviews but I still can't make up my mind.

I need someone to convince me and understand what I'm looking for.

To make you understand what sound signature I like/prefer, I'll tell you the current gear I use;

What I been listening to music with for the past 2 years has bee the Grado RS1i headphone. So I guess I like this type of sound signature.

I've also been using TF10's whenever I'm on the move (outside) . So this sound signature appeals to me as well.

BUT

Since I lost my TF10's I got stuck with the Apple Earpods and I do dare say, I enjoy this sound signature as well.

Only sources I use;

My laptop and my IPhone 5.

I don't want to buy any other player in order to meet the needs of a ciem.

I need a ciem that can run out of my IPhone 5 without the need for external amplification.

Type of music I listen to;

A variety, pretty much anything except country and rock.

To be more specific, I mostly listen to ambient, electronic, hip-hop, drone and soundtracks (movie/ video game).

I hope this information helps in determining what CIEM would be suitable for me.

Heir Audio offers very good value for money and are rated well here plus they are on sale now.

What options were you looking at?

Ok, I don't have any specific preferences, but I would like something on the "higher end" AND that matches what I wrote in my original post.

Recommendations anyone ?
