ZERO DAC vs ODAC

I am looking at getting a DAC, and I think I have narrowed it down to the ODAC or the ZERO 637U DAC. I know sound it perspective, but which one do you guys think it better and why? I mainly listen to Two Steps From Hell (Classicalish), and rock. I have a C&C BH2 headphone amp and Audio Technica ws-99, ws-55 and cks-99. I am open to other suggestions, just try to keep the price tag under $200 please. :D

I have the Zero (well two of them )  I like them and they have been extremely reliable. I use one on the telly and the other (627) for office listening. The technical performance however is only good,   http://amarokcz.wz.cz/ZEROE.htm  by modern standards the noise on the headphone amp is a little high, though normally inaudible. As a line-out device however it is very quiet, at least as good as the ODAC.

However my favorite DA/Amp is the cheaper Fire Phoenix DAC-02 http://www.ebay.com/itm/FIRE-PHOENIX-DAC-02-CS4398-LM4562-MINI-USB-DAC-Headphone-Amplifier-/170696111860 which is $90 on ebay, I have two of these as well. Both this and the Zero will easily drive my 250 ohm DT880s. The downside with the FP is that the volume control also alters the line-out level so if you use the line out normally and leave it at full you can get a nasty surprise when plugging in headphones if you forget !

I have been unable to find actual measurements for the FP, the specs are exemplary but I'd prefer to see some actual measurements.

Either is commendably quiet with high ohm headphones and neither seem to distort. The Zero has more power

Can the zero upsample from 16 to 24 bit? I have been reading and the fire phoenix can not with out a converter (http://www.amazon.com/SMSL-SD-022-Coaxial-Optical-Output/dp/B008GQ09WE).

scratch that question, the zero is a 16 bit decoder for the USB
