Westone must have an overstock of their new line. Most likely not selling well.

Why would anyone who wants to buy a $500 IEM want a free $190 IEM thrown in? That's like a car dealer saying, "hey, if you buy this new Jaguar F Type, we'll throw in this Honda Civic for free."

They should combine it with a DAC or amp or over the ear or something that compliments the w40.

Someone who wants a beater IEM for exercise, under a helmet, etc.

Not a bad deal for those in the market for the W40 anyway.

I'm bummed I missed that deal on the Audio Technica ESW-9a's. I really like those phones!

If anyone got them but feels they really don't need them, I would take them off your hands. Just PM me.

Well, those deals that last just a few hours are like a bonus; great for those who stumble across them. Really a case of being there at the right time.

I don't see the point of using an inferior IEM if you have a good one available.

Also, the W40 is apparently just the $400 W4 with a different, arguably inferior wire, and iphone remote. so that's probably why no one is buying it.

That's like saying, "what's the point of the younger kid when your first kid is smarter and taller?"

There's room to love both.... bro. Even if one is a little.. slow.

I'd rather destroy my A151 at the gym than my 1964-Q.

$60 rebate from Total Defense, $5 rebate from Patriot. The link in my post should take you to the correct listing. It's a bundle with Total Defense. It's directing me to the correct page when I click it.

Must be bc I'm on a tablet.

Yep, the mobile version of the link takes you elsewhere.

I've seen a few of these bundle things on TigerDirect before. I wonder how much of a hassle it is to get your money. Do you have any experience with them?

I do. You don't actually have to install the software, just register it with them. I did a rebate back in January and it came in fine, no issue. Took a few weeks, but that's to be expected. The downside is you have to register a card for the auto-renewal, and you can't cancel the auto-renewal until your rebate is approved. Still, no issues when I went and did mine earlier this year.

Anyone deal with Newegg rebate? I got some Pioneer speakers with $30 rebate but I'm still waiting...it was late January or early Feb when I sent them off.

The reviews for the Vpulse quality seem suspect though.

I made another account, and after making the account scrolled down to the bottom and put in the e-mail address that i used for the account in the newsletter type box, pressed the arrow button.

still gave me 100points for the account, and only 100 for the newsletter? am i doing it right ?_?
