Looking for sound isolating, supra-aural headphones on a budget?

I'm looking for nice on-ear headphones that I can wear on a bus around others, and in areas that are EXTREMELY loud. I was looking at Sol Republic Tracks HD because they're on sale. I normally listen to speed metal, rock, alternative, and some electronic, hip hop and rap. I do prefer extra bass, but hopefully nothing too overpowering. My budget is hopefully under $125, but I could go just a little bit over.

I read that the WS77's are too tight and uncomfortable. The V-80's seem like a good choice. I'll do some research...
EDIT: the V-80's are semi-open, so I'm not too sure about getting those. I'm going to use them in both an extremely loud environment, and on a bus next to people who probably don't want to listen to my music.
