Looking for a very balanced sounding headphone, to be used on the go everyday (budget $400)

So i got my new v-moda m100 several days ago, the headphone is absolutely amazing and i love the depth of the bass it's producing. That said, i was a bit overwhelmed by the bass of the m100. Since v-moda has the 60 day test drive guarantee, i'm trying to get that working and possibly get my money back.

Now, the question is if I succeed on returning my m100, which pair of over-ear headphone should I get? I pretty much listen to most of popular genres (pop, country, r&b, accoustic, etc) so I'm kind of looking for a headphone that has great bass (not as overpowering as m100 though) and yet has a very fun sound with the mid and details. I'm considering sennheiser momentum but any opinion is greatly appreciated
