I have been very happy with my iBasso d10. A week ago one of the channels went dead. Searching the Head-Fi about D-10 problems, this seems to be a known problem.
I sent iBasso three emails asking for advice on how to fix the unit, and or to send it back. No response to my Emails.
I hoping that they read this plea for help.
If they are on vacation, I understand. However from previous contacts they were very prompt and professional to all inquiries. This is my second unit from them and I am a happy user, just bewildered.
