Suggestion for alternate setup/amp for use with M100's

So it's been a while since I last posted on here and the main reason has been the arrival of my V-Moda M-100's which really concluded my search for the perfect set of headphones (for me) and at the time which was 6-8 months ago my primary music listening device was my Dell Laptop for which I purchased a Fiio E07K dac amp and performance was a noticable upgrade from the standard laptop audio performance but recently i've been using my HTC One X+ phone and the new Nexus 7 tablet to listen to music on whilst chilling in bed and though the M100's sound great powered by any device I still get superior listening experience when i'm on my laptop so my questions is what would you recommend I do to improve the audio further when using with my phone/tablet? i've considered trying to set the E07K up with my Phone/Tablet but i'm really not sure what the best way would be (any help would be appreciated) i've also considered selling off my E07K and getting a new AMP (E12?) for use with Phone/Tablet and Laptop.

If anyone has any suggestions/advice on new amps/other setups etc. it'd be much appreciated (on a side note any potential new amp would have to be under £100)

Galaxy note 3. Excellent headphone jack output alone. Even better with my pa2v2. Gonna get a jdslabs c5 amp for sure. Still undecided about c5 DAC but I'm the type of person that doesnt like to be left wanting.

Having done some more reading on the forum i've decided to keep my E07K and am now looking for ways to connect it up to my phone and tablet so with that in mind does anyone know which otg cable would work best with both the new Nexus 7 and the HTC One X+?

Would this work for both devices?

Also is the setup (enabling usb audio) a complicated process? thanks in advance.
