Headphones for commuting, under $200

Hi everyone-

I'm looking for a pair of over the ear headphones for under $200. They'll be used for my daily work commute which is me either walking 2+ miles or taking the bus/subway. I listen to mainly indie and classic rock and they would be used with my iPhone. Noise canceling is not a must. Right now I'm considering:

UE 6000

Audio Technica ATH M50

Any other suggestions? These would be my first real pair of headphones, I currently use Klipsch S4i buds but the noise from the wires while walking drives me nuts. Thanks!

Sennheiser's hd 439 is a great pair of headphones that go for around 80 dollars, Another headphone I would reccomend is the denon Hp700 and in my opinion they are better than the M50 in every way except comfort which can be improved with new earpads.
