I have no idea what the world tour is but it says "not for sale" on the back of mine and it came with 2 letters: one with specs(I think)  and one with do's and dont's.

I still need to read them and fire up the X1. maybe later

Did you buy it?
Where'd you get it from, and please do post some pictures!

There is a world tour with X1 units circling around selected head-fi members, and there is another "tour" with samples being sent to other worldwide reviewers of FiiO products.  In either way, those are early production samples, and as you have seen in my review pictures - they marked with "not for sale" on the back.

I don't see how I can't get this. For $100, I don't think anyone could dream of anything better.

It looks like a Gameboy gone wrong.

I can't see anyone bothering with it, outside of niches such as this place. Standalone music players are dead.

hope so , we have to control the margin for us and our agents, at the same time , not to control the the cost for the parts, that is why we can provide the first $100 high resolution DAP in the world , with individual DAC and headphone amp.

Hi-res 24/192 at $100 = dap of the year

I don't think that AK, Ibasso, Hifiman or Hisound can challenge this.

Yes, we have a winner !
