Shure SE215 vs. JVC HAFX3 HELP!

I'm looking for a pair of good earphones. I currently have the Beats Tour, which I don't like; I also have the Bose MiE2i. My first choice were the Shure SE215, but then I saw the JVC HAFX3X, and now I don't know what to do. I'm looking to spend $100. I'm not a bashead, but I do like to feel bass. Can you tell me which one is better, and if you know better headphones in this price range?  Thanks!

IMO, the SE215 leans a bit to the dark-sounding side, but I wouldn't call them bass-heavy. I've never heard the others. YMMV

They are not bass heavy, but are the mids and highs well balanced? And is the bass punchy enough? Thank you
