Upgrade from Klipsch S4i to UE900 | XBA-30 | XBA-40

Yo. I'm upgrading from my klipsch s4i's. I really like them(love bassy), but they're soon dead.
I'm unsure of what to upgrade to between UE900 | XBA-30 | XBA-40.

I can get the UE900 for 300$ = Heard good stuff about them. But then there's the price, and the quality build issue.
I can get the XBA-30 or XBA-40 for 189$ = I'm really torn between the XBA 30 and the XBA 40. I've heard the XBA 40 being "picky" on source, and I was wondering if anyone had experience with the XBA-40 and LG G2? I'm not using amps or anything like that.  I heard the xba 30 is the safer choice, but since I can get the xba 40 for the same price, I'm considering it ( but as said, the "pickyness" is holding me back ). Or should I just put in 100$ and go for the UE900?

PS. I'm very sensitive to sibilance. I mainly listen to pop with lots of instruments.

You should try the respective demos.. Then it'll be much easier. Choose the one which you like the sound better. Cuz if you put in extra money for UE900 but you don't like the sound/can't tell the difference then it'll be a waste of money.
