What headphones should I get for <$200 USD?

HI, I really need a new pair of headphones for my pc. Currently I am using onboard audio on a decent mobo, but I may be upgrading to a Xonar card later. Right now I'm mostly looking towards the HD 558/DT990 Pro 250 Ohm/DT 770 Pro 250 Ohm/AD700 and I'm open to other options. If I can get a full built gaming headset with mic I'd take it, but I'll probably just get a snowflake/zalman if it means sacrificing audio quality. I'm open to any suggestions as well. I want something with a very open soundstage that still provides nice clarity and enough bass to feel it. Nothing overkill though.

Also, already have/owned Astro A40's, Tritton AX Pro, Steelseries Siberia V2, almost every Turtle beach from the first few gens. So far the best I have still are the Siberia V2's, but the mic is going out so I figured I'll just pick up a new pair and they're getting kind of old.

Plan on purchasing on Amazon and did all my price checking there. If someone has a better source as well that aren't used please let me know.

Id go with the MDR MA900. It won't need an amp and it has the qualities you described.

I'll definitely add that one for consideration, but I was aiming just slightly cheaper.
