Recommendations for a desktop amp to work with AKG K601s?

At the moment I'm using them plugged into a pair of Creative T40s, so basically anything would be an upgrade. I was thinking around £200, but could stretch. I'd quite like a warmer sound as opposed to a clinically neutral one, but preferably not too muddy. Cheers for any help you can give.

For something more local.

The EHP-02D USB/DAC/Amp, 186.99 GBP

Something that comes with a few more options and is also considered to have a more musical and smooth sound.

Audio-GD NFB-15.32 DAC/amp (USB/optical/coaxial), 160 GBP, plus shipping

(my 15.32 arrived last week)
